This policy outlines the terms for cancelling nominations and administrative processes at American Global University.
Candidates can withdraw their nomination at any time during the initial review phase without any penalty. To withdraw, simply send an email to our registrar office with your nomination ID.
Official direct payment links sent for Award Fees are valid for 7 working days. If the payment is not completed within this window, the nomination is automatically marked as 'Cancelled' by our system.
Once the administrative fee is paid and the Legal Verification Process has begun, the request cannot be cancelled. At this stage, resources are already allocated for the preparation of your honorary degree.
American Global University reserves the right to cancel any nomination if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent or misleading. In such cases, no refunds or appeals will be entertained.
Important Note: Cancellation of a nomination does not bar a candidate from re-applying in future cycles, provided the reason for cancellation was voluntary.
