Refund & Cancellation Policy
At American Global University, we strive for transparency in our honorary recognition process. Please read our refund terms carefully.
1. Nomination Phase
The initial nomination for the Honorary Doctorate is Free of Charge. Since no payment is collected at this stage, the question of a refund does not arise during the evaluation phase.
2. Award Processing Fees
Once your credentials are verified and you receive an official selection letter, the administrative/award fees are required to process the legal documentation and certification.
- Non-Refundable: Once the payment is made via the direct link and the certification process has started, the fees are generally non-refundable.
- Exception: If the University, for any internal reason, cancels the conferral after payment, a full refund will be processed.
3. Donations
Donations made to American Global University are voluntary contributions to support our global educational mission. As per international standards for non-profit contributions, donations are non-refundable once processed.
4. Payment Plans
For candidates opting for Part Payment Plans, the initial installment is used to initiate the legal verification. If a candidate fails to pay the second installment, the initial amount will not be refunded as it covers the administrative costs already incurred.
