Agreement for Honorary Doctorate Recognition

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a nomination or interacting with the American Global University (AGU) website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nomination & Eligibility

Nomination for an Honorary Doctorate does not guarantee selection. AGU reserves the right to reject any application based on the evaluation by our Academic Committee without providing specific reasons.

3. Financial Terms & Direct Links

To prevent financial fraud and ensure security, AGU follows strict payment protocols:

Official Links: All payments (Award Fees/Donations) must be made strictly via the direct payment links provided by an authorized AGU billing representative.
Currency: All fees are processed in USD or as specified in the official selection letter.
Instalments: Part-payment options are at the discretion of the University and must be adhered to as per the agreed timeline.

4. Document Verification

All candidates must provide authentic and verifiable professional documents. If at any stage (even after the award), documents are found to be forged or misleading, the University reserves the right to revoke the degree immediately.

5. Usage of Honorary Titles

The Honorary Doctorate is a status-based honor. Recipients are authorized to use the title "Dr. (h.c.)" as a prefix or suffix in their professional profile. This is not an academic degree earned through traditional study but a recognition of life achievements.
